Company Description Big Rentals is a venture-backed tech startup modernizing the traditional construction equipment rental industry. We build all‑in‑one rental management software that helps small business owners grow revenue, accept online bookings, and streamline fleet and rental operations.

Role Description This is a full‑time, hybrid role for a Business Development Representative located in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The focus is outbound appointment setting: sourcing your own leads, running cold calls/emails, and booking qualified meetings with SMB owners and operators. You’ll engage prospects, support handoffs to AEs, and contribute to a clean, accurate CRM. High performance creates a clear path to an Account Executive role.

Equity and commission : This position includes equity upside in the startup’s success as well as sales commission.

Qualifications

Experience in cold calling, sales, and business development

Strong skills in lead generation and creating your own opportunities

Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities

Ability to work in a fast‑paced young startup environment

Familiarity with the equipment rental industry or prior software sales is a plus
