Shift Manager - Up to $18.50 / hr to start
Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Pay range: $15.00–$18.50 per hour. Pay rate varies by shift and availability.
Our starting hourly manager pay rates are as follows:
Limited availability: $15.00 per hour
Open availability: $16.50 per hour
Employees who work between 9 pm and 8 am receive an additional $2 per hour premium pay when clocked in during those hours.
Examples:
Manager works a 5 pm–12 am shift: From 5 pm–9 pm paid $16.50 per hour; From 9 pm–12 am paid $18.50 per hour.
Manager works a 5 am–1 pm shift: From 5 am–8 am paid $18.50 per hour; From 8 am–1 pm paid $16.50 per hour.

We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment. Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him or her to run a great shift, too. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.

Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
