Starting Hourly Manager Pay Rates:
Limited availability – $15 /hr
Open availability – $16.50 /hr
Our incentive allows any employee who works between the hours of 9 pm and 8 am to receive an additional $2 /hr premium pay during those hours.
Examples:
Manager works a 5 pm–12 am shift:
5 pm–9 pm – standard rate of $16.50 /hr
9 pm–12 am – standard rate plus $2 /hr premium, totaling $18.50 /hr
Manager works a 5 am–1 pm shift:
5 am–8 am – paid $18.50 /hr (standard rate plus $2 premium)
8 am–1 pm – paid $16.50 /hr standard rate

Requirements Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the famously fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
