In this role, you will generate new business by sourcing B2B sales opportunities through outbound calling and inbound lead follow‑up to sell our factoring products to prospective transportation clients. You will champion performance and growth by supervising and developing a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs), balancing accountability for outbound call volume and engagement metrics with a strong commitment to coaching, motivation, and team development. Most of your time will be spent pursuing new leads, following up on existing ones, and exercising independent judgment to develop compelling proposals that provide clients with the funding they need to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coach a team of Business Development Associates to achieve measurable success in outbound activity and engagement metrics.
Negotiate factoring fee structures with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with yield and pricing guidelines.
Proactively manage assigned leads and follow up in accordance with KPIs and sales timelines.
Maintain accurate and complete customer data and deal progress in the CRM system.
Confidently sell the full suite of company products by staying informed on offerings and updates.
Build rapport with prospects, address objections professionally, and guide conversations toward closing.
Prepare and issue required legal documents and collect all necessary supporting materials.
Ensure all CRM fields are fully updated and properly maintained to support pipeline visibility and compliance.
Maintain high daily call volume, focusing on cold calling and prioritizing high‑potential prospects.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with performance tied to both deal volume and conversion metrics.
Utilize approved marketing materials to support sales efforts and remain aware of competitor offerings.
Execute a structured daily call plan and contribute actively in weekly pipeline meetings.
Collaborate with Operations to support smooth onboarding and transition of new accounts.
Adhere to internal sales processes and demonstrate strong organization and planning skills.
Maximize productivity through effective time management and communication tools (phone, email, CRM).
Other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field; equivalent industry experience accepted in lieu of degree.
3+ years of B2B sales experience.
1+ years of supervising a team, preferably in an outbound call center environment.
Demonstrated success in a high‑volume outbound sales environment, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Experience negotiating complex pricing structures or service agreements in a solutions‑based sales environment.
Results‑driven and committed, with strong confidence in negotiation and closing deals.
Excellent communicator and active listener who motivates and supports team members.
Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 and commission eligible.
