We help businesses uncover AI opportunities, map ROI, and implement AI systems.
This is a consultative sales environment – you’ll learn how to qualify opportunities for strategic workshops, handle objections, and coordinate directly with our founder to convert qualified prospects into clients.
Work directly with the founder and leadership team on front-line growth
Play a critical role in shaping the sales pipeline for an early-stage AI company
Learn how to sell complex AI solutions to executive teams
Full‑time role, 3 days per week in person in Austin, TX
Earn competitive base pay with strong commission upside

Can communicate intelligently with founders, COOs, and directors about business problems
Are driven by targets and have grit
Want to build expertise in AI and automation
2+ years tech sales experience
2+ years B2B outbound experience selling into SMB & mid‑market companies
Core Responsibilities
Research and identify ICP prospects
Outbound email, LinkedIn, and calls
Book and qualify AI Strategy Workshops with decision‑makers
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and targeting
Work with the founder on deal handoffs and post‑workshop follow‑up
