Job Summary The Custodial Operations Manager
is responsible for the overall cleanliness, sanitation, and security of all buildings within a K‑12 school district. The role supports the Resident Regional Manager and manages the Custodial Directors and their teams, ensuring compliance with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with managers and teams to ensure task completion.
Train managers and develop leadership skills.
Perform inspections and follow through on all assignments.
Hold regular team meetings and set expectations and goals.
Guide project completion to meet timelines and budget.
Manage budgetary issues.
Preferred Qualifications
College degree preferred.
3–5 years of management experience in housekeeping or a service‑related field with high customer/client contact.
Strong work ethic, drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent problem‑solving skills in both one‑on‑one and group situations.
Ability to mentor and develop leaders.
Budgeting and P&L experience.
Excellent administrative, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Valid driver’s license.
