Job Summary Responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making across retail, specialty, and infusion pharmacy services. This position collects, analyzes, and interprets pharmacy-related data to inform operational strategy, clinical or quality initiatives, and financial performance. By transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, the coordinator supports the development of dashboards, performance metrics, business cases, and workflow improvements that align with departmental and enterprise goals. The role also contributes to system enhancements that improve data and planning processes, and provides guidance during strategic planning and annual budgeting efforts. Additionally, the coordinator supports key projects, conducts trend analyses, and facilitates financial modeling to evaluate new initiatives or assess existing ones, collaborating closely with pharmacy leadership and finance.

Experience Minimum of five years of senior level health care finance experience. Pharmacy data experience; knowledge of PBMs, pharmacy pricing, rebates, and contracts is preferred.

Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or similar. Master’s degree preferred.

Special Skills Must have excellent analytical skills, written and oral communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experienced user of finance/accounting systems.

Standard Hours 40 hours per week.

Shift 1.

Schedule Monday-Friday working 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7am-5pm.
