ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR, FCH - ACCESS TRANSFORMATION

Shift:
Shift 1 – typical schedule 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., occasional early/late meetings
Job Summary Supports department(s) with administrative projects supporting leader initiatives. Uses business applications for calendar management, creation of spreadsheets, reporting, presentations, agendas and correspondence. Uses discretion in handling confidential information. Primary focus is in project work for leadership which may include: process improvement, complex data analysis, compliance, maintaining credentials, strategic planning and program coordination. Duties may vary by assigned area.
Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Administrative Assistant or 6 years of Secretarial experience or 3 years of direct area experience. Experience with Learning Management systems is preferred.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Special Skills Problem solving skills, critical thinking, and data analysis skills to support departments. Ability to use discretion with handling sensitive information. Competence in the use and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
