Summary/Objective : Promotes the company mission by working with the Superintendent to create a safe work environment, build quality projects, keep projects on schedule, and ensure profitability. Essential Functions Serve as the main point of contact for Owner, Engineer, and Architect. Oversee project decisions and management. Assist in estimating, scheduling, and trade partner interviews. Manage preconstruction deliverables and estimates. Handle pay applications, invoices, and financial documentation. Manage contracts, subcontracts, POs, and project controls. Coordinate with the Superintendent on project decisions, safety, scheduling, logistics, and quality control. Communicate with Owners and Architects regarding project issues. Lead safety initiatives, including safety requirements, inspections, and incident investigations. Develop and manage project schedules, QA/QC, and trade partner coordination. Manage office personnel development and project data in Procore. Assist with permit acquisition and project inspections. Prepare project reports and ensure proper closeout documentation. Ensure compliance with local building codes and ADA requirements. Utilize Procore and other software effectively for project management. Competencies Effective leadership and communication with all project stakeholders. Decision-making and flexibility. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and relationship-building. Supervisory Responsibilities : Manage project team members, including Assistant PMs, Engineers, Interns, and Field Staff. Work Environment & Physical Demands : Must work in various construction site conditions, perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing, and lifting, and adhere to safety protocols. Travel Requirements : Travel to multiple job sites and offices; driving company vehicles required with valid license and good driving record. Education & Experience : Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, including 5+ years as an APM. Proficiency in scheduling, conflict resolution, BIM, and safety certifications (OSHA 30) is required. Benefits : Competitive package, 401(k), growth opportunities, community involvement, and more.
