Salary range for Quality Tech: $20.60 / hour (with $1 / hour night shift premium)
Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (7pm - 7:15am), with the first two weeks of training on day shift (48/36 hour rotating shifts)

Position Quality Tech – Warrenton facility
Visually check products for defects, damage, contamination, or inconsistencies before packaging.
Work at a consistent speed to meet production KPI’s.
Identify and report product defects, packaging issues, or equipment malfunctions.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and Safe Quality Food guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently perform quality checks on materials and finished products.
Maintain focus on accuracy and attention to detail during packaging and inspection.
Follow instructions and operate within standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with team members to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing / production experience is required.
Attention to detail is critical.
Ability to read and understand instructions; basic reading and math skills.
Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic reading and math skills.
Ability to work efficiently with hands and have stamina and coordination for 12-hour shifts.
Good communication skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Fine motor skills for handling products and packaging materials with precision.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation and attendance are essential.
