Base pay range : $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do:
Oversee all aspects of thread rolling and manufacturing operations, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Plan and schedule production, allocate resources, and manage workflow to meet customer requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPI), including OTD, scrap %, labor, and gross profit, and implement improvements as needed.
Manage budgets and departmental expenses, optimizing operational performance.
Ensure compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP quality standards, auditing QMS procedures and work instructions.
Perform hands‑on support with thread rolling, fasteners, and machined components production as required.
Oversee destructive metallographic and mechanical inspections using micrometers, comparators, and thread gauges.
Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean, 6‑S, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred (minimum 2 years of college recommended).
3+ years of management experience in manufacturing, preferably in aerospace, machine shops, or thread rolling operations.
Hands‑on experience in thread rolling, fasteners, or machined components production.
Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards and NADCAP (preferred).
Experience with production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Budget management experience with strong KPI tracking skills.
Project management expertise in manufacturing operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ERP/MRP systems (M1 ERP preferred).
Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and process improvement capabilities.
Ability to audit, enforce, and maintain QMS procedures and work instructions.
