The Fountain Group is recruiting a Quality Control Inspector for a prominent client located in New Port Richey, FL.
Job Description
Pay: $26
Inspects incoming parts to assure they carry approved documentation and certifications and that they meet Purchase Order requirements.
Performs inspections on complex, close tolerance machined parts and sub-assemblies with critical internal and external dimensions using all forms of conventional inspection equipment including CMM, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, optical comparator, height gauges, ring gauges, pin gauges, etc.
Participate in Quality Problem Resolution including writing NC’s (Non Conformances) and work closely with the Quality Engineer to implement Corrective Actions
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of two (2) years of inspection experience in an Aerospace, Military, or Manufacturing ISO9001/AS9100 environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Experience in SAP and/or in an ERP System.
Skilled with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, comparator, oscilloscopes, vision systems and other precision instruments.
Knowledgeable in interpreting complex engineering part drawings and blue‑print reading.
