Position: Supply Chain Analyst

The Role: As Supply Chain Analyst , you’ll play a key role in tracking performance, forecasting demand, and optimizing our procurement-to-delivery processes. You’ll turn numbers into insights and ensure our supply chain stays cost-effective, reliable, and ready to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and report on supply chain metrics, including inventory turnover, freight costs, vendor performance, and delivery timelines
Develop forecasting models to predict product demand and support procurement planning
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain
Work closely with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to align data and planning
Track supplier performance, lead times, and contract compliance
Assist with implementing systems or tools to improve supply chain visibility
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership
Qualifications:
2–4 years experience in supply chain, operations, or data analysis (CPG or food distribution preferred)
Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Familiarity with inventory systems, logistics planning, and forecasting tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bonus: Experience working with international vendors and Caribbean markets
