Job Title:Data Analyst – Power BI & Aviation AftermarketLocation: On-Site – Broward County, FLJob Type:Perm Full-TimeBase Salary:$100K+ +great benefitsJob # 7357 Are you a results-driven Data Analyst with advanced Power BI expertise and a solid understanding of the aviation aftermarket—especially the Used Serviceable Material (USM) sector?In this role you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-departmental teams to deliver actionable business intelligence, streamline operations, and strengthen strategic decision-making. Responsibilities
Design and maintain sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports to inform executive-level decisions.
Build and sustain a suite of critical operational reports and data-extraction methods to monitor accuracy, performance, and business metrics.
Interrogate and support corporate ERP, line-of-business applications, and database environments, including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Salesforce/Force.com.
Deliver clear data products and visualizations for teams such as Operations, Repair Management, and Sales.
Analyze complex datasets related to USM inventory, sales, procurement, and operational performance to uncover trends and opportunities.
Partner with multiple departments to define data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Track and visualize KPIs, highlighting potential risks and growth prospects.
Develop scorecards to measure vendor, customer, and internal performance.
Support forecasting, pricing analysis, and market intelligence initiatives.
Maintain high standards of data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all systems and reporting layers.
Present findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Prepare data extracts and conduct data cleanup for system migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
Provide line-of-business application support, responding to tickets and requests in a timely manner while ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
Collaborate with application users and technology vendors to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
Recommend and help implement technology and process enhancements that drive efficiency and value.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years in data analysis, ideally within the aviation aftermarket.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems; familiarity with aviation-specific databases is advantageous.
At least 3–5 years’ experience with databases and report development.
Familiarity with aviation parts catalogs, teardown data, and lifecycle analysis.
Experience with the Quantum ERP platform preferred.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar data-analysis tools a plus.
Understanding of Microsoft Fabric and modern Power BI features.
Competence in API and web-service development for data and system integration.
Strong foundation in data validation, error checking, and problem-solving techniques.
Solid command of SQL, including stored procedures and packages, across platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
Experience with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI Pro, Crystal Reports, and Business Objects Web Intelligence.
Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and reliability.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
Quick learner who adapts easily to evolving processes and technologies.
