Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt and courteous service Take ownership of the customer experience, completing additional tasks to leave a positive impression Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, via phone or in person Ensure technicians' time is efficiently sold to service customers Distribute work efficiently among technicians Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise the service department Perform M.P.I on every customer and internal vehicle Reinforce company policies and standards Encourage compliance with laws and regulations Maintain good relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations Qualifications
