The Casey Auto Group is looking for the right candidate to train as a professional Automotive Service Advisor. This is a full-time position with full benefits. Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities: Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service for customers. Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing additional tasks that leave a positive impression. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure proper handling. Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is efficiently sold to service customers. Distribute work efficiently among technicians. Answer technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards. Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as needed. Oversee warranty claim administration. Set schedules and assign tasks to service department staff. Reinforce company policies and standards. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain good relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations.
