Job Summary: The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Data Coordinator manages a broad range of EHS disciplines to support the implementation of the project’s EHS program and Management System.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and analysing EHS data and performance metrics, supporting risk assessments and mitigation planning, and coordinating incident reporting and investigations. The role also involves providing technical guidance, developing communications and reports, and recommending process improvements to minimise hazards and promote continuous improvement.

Major Responsibilities:

Coordinates a wide variety of Environmental, Safety, and Health (EHS) disciplines to facilitate implementation of the project’s EHS program and EHS Management System, including aiding compliance with Bechtel's EHS standards, applicable regulatory requirements, and contractual commitments.

Maintains EHS databases, inclusive of incident events, audit/assessment findings, and corrective actions.

Performs statistical analysis of EHS data to identify performance trends and contributing factors as part of continuous improvement and makes recommendations accordingly.

Identifies and coordinates unique software systems and electronic innovation used by EHS personnel.

Develops dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trend analysis for simulated EHS scenarios.

Supports teams in conducting risk assessment, studies, mitigation planning, and monitoring in response to EHS issues.

Prepares communications, writes reports, and prepares documents for program execution and records retention.

Coordinates incident notifications, and prepares incident investigation reports.

Provides support to EHS field and office personnel, inclusive of all EHS disciplines.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) related to Data Analytics, or a science-related discipline and 8‑10 years of relevant experience or 10‑14 years of relevant work experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Coursework in Statistics, Data Visualization, Database Management, and Business Intelligence.

Completed projects involving data cleaning, transformation, and visualization using Power BI and Excel.

Developed dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trend analysis for simulated business scenarios.

Conducted data‑driven decision‑making projects using SQL, Python (Pandas), and Excel‑based analytics.

Microsoft Office.

Microsoft SharePoint.
