As a
Civil Engineering Assistant Project Manager
for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Philadelphia, PA office, you’ll work with project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and energy clients. You’ll take part in designing site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities. By interacting with clients, contractors, and local government officials, you’ll impact the entire project—from the conceptual and design phases through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction. Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams to create land development plans, including site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities. Interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials to support the project from concept through regulatory review, bidding, and construction. Participate in the design and coordination of engineering solutions in a multi-disciplinary environment. Qualifications
B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field) 5+ years’ civil engineering experience, including site layout, grading, stormwater, and utility design E.I.T. or FE certification and ability/desire to obtain P.E. Practical experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Hydrologic/Hydraulic modeling software Interest in participating in internal and external client- and professional-development-based organizations Excellent communication, mentoring, and time management skills Benefits and Culture
