Our Program Managers work together with our Direct Support Professionals to help people find joy in living in their own homes. It is a perfect job for those interested in the fields of nursing, medical support, social work, behavior support, and therapy, but anyone with a desire to help others will find it rewarding and meaningful. Teach skills, support with daily needs, and grow together as you form meaningful and empowering relationships. Ensure that no voice goes unheard, and no joy goes unnoticed!
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Direct Support Professionals to support individuals in their homes.
Teach skills, assist with daily needs, and foster meaningful and empowering relationships.
Ensure that every voice is heard and every joy acknowledged.
Engage in active interaction with individuals and participate in fun activities.
Support social and life skills development and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
Complete daily documentation as part of the role.

Requirements
Ability to drive personal and company vehicles.
Must be at least 21 years of age and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
Current Nevada Driver\'s License that meets safety standards.
