Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Maryland Heights, MO. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale enterprise initiative focused on managing and validating location-based data across multiple systems. This individual will oversee technical projects that involve data migration to AWS, integration with existing enterprise systems, and upcoming merger and acquisition activities. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing SDLC projects in a Waterfall environment, thrives in fast-changing situations, and can drive clarity and alignment across multiple technical teams.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent projects supporting enterprise-level data systems and integrations
Coordinate with development teams working at the web server and database levels during the migration to AWS
Oversee data validation workflows and integrations with upstream and downstream teams providing or consuming location data
Support merger and acquisition activities, ensuring data integrity and system readiness for integration
Maintain full project documentation and tracking within JIRA and Chalk Pages
Lead cross‑functional coordination to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed
Communicate effectively with both technical teams and leadership, tailoring communication style and level of detail to the audience
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of thoroughness and accuracy
Requirements
Proven experience managing full SDLC projects within a Waterfall framework
Strong technical acumen and ability to engage in conversations with developers and database engineers
Proficiency with JIRA for project tracking and documentation
Excellent communication skills – able to be precise, detailed, and clear when presenting to technical and leadership audiences
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities shift frequently
Preferred Skills
Experience with AWS projects or cloud migration initiatives
Background working with enterprise data systems or data validation workflows
Exposure to merger and acquisition integration projects
