Your Impact As an SDR Project Manager, you will directly manage project schedules and budgets, supervise subcontractors and in‑house labor, and oversee daily work to ensure each remodeling project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
What You'll Need We are looking for Project Managers with five years of remodeling experience, strong knowledge of rough and finish carpentry, and understanding of the trade requirements for each project. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction from the Production Manager are essential.
What You'll Do
Complete all work with the highest quality of craftsmanship within the allocated time.
Stay informed on project status, including revisions, specs, change orders, and schedules.
Communicate clearly with the Production Manager, subcontractors, and clients, acting as the worksite manager.
Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, security, and protection from damage.
Maintain daily worksite notebook and report contents to the Production Manager.
Use Builder Trend program fully for project tracking.
Order construction materials as needed to keep the schedule on track.
Hold subcontractors, vendors, and in‑house labor accountable to SDR standards.
Manage return of items for credit and collect all warranty information.
Maintain responsibility for on‑site company rental tools and return them properly.
Act as the SDR representative on the job site and manage carpenters and subcontractors.
Provide solutions when problems or questions arise.
Submit coded invoices weekly or as requested.
Follow all safety regulations and wear required safety equipment.
Your Schedule Official workday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Additional hours and weekend work may be required to maintain project commitments.
Salary Range $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
