Tracks and monitors contracts under the corporate structure of Benefis Medical Group. Assists with employment agreements and renewals as assigned and maintains primary tracking responsibility for Provider Service Agreements and regional Master Service Agreements. Develops and maintains spreadsheets and databases for tracking contract terms and required contract actions. Processes and inputs payroll and work data. Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and handle changing situations; interacts with a variety of people and can handle stressful situations and conflicts. Performs all job duties as assigned and adheres to requirements, regulations, and procedures of licensing boards or agencies; complies with Benefis Health System policies and procedures. Education/License/Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Writing, Legal or related field preferred. Three to five years’ experience in office management or contract management preferred. Experience in Healthcare preferred. Seniority level
