We are seeking a motivated Buyer to lead sourcing management for assigned mechanical commodities (build to print, fabrication, and machine) for our automotive client. This role is responsible for contract negotiations, global benchmarking, and driving cost savings and efficiency targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing industrial/automotive control and electrical panels, with technical knowledge as a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and maintain commercial terms for supplier rebate and pricing agreements Lead all sourcing activities for control/electrical panels Drive cost savings and efficiency through material/service acquisitions and benchmarking Ensure compliance with corporate sourcing policies and procedures Prepare RFQs, solicit bids, analyze quotes, and coordinate technical alignment Recommend preferred suppliers and submit packages for approval Issue purchase orders according to contractual rules and company policies Pursue and negotiate recovery costs; manage material returns and cancellations Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to achieve targets Qualifications
2 years of related Buyer experience desired Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge of commercial contract terms and law; international trade rules a plus Cost analysis and financial knowledge (basic accounting, commodity market pricing, financial reporting) Technical background in manufacturing processes and component specifications Logistics knowledge (INCO terms) Medical insurance Get notified about new Buyer jobs in
