This position will lead the design and execution of strategic, organization‑wide change management initiatives that support successful transformation across the business. As part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, the Change Manager partners with senior leaders, program teams, and functional stakeholders to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure readiness across impacted groups. Job Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for transformation projects, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training plans. Conduct change impact assessments to understand how transformation initiatives will affect business processes, systems, and employees. Engage and manage key stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy‑in, and support throughout the transformation journey; monitor and address resistance. Support and create communications to inform and engage employees and stakeholders about upcoming changes; partner with relevant teams and develop content when appropriate. Collaborate with project managers, HR, and other departments to align change management activities with project plans. Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, ensuring commitment to transformation goals. Create and deliver targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and key milestones. Design training and enablement plans that equip employees with the knowledge and skills required for change scope; coordinate with learning teams to plan and track training effectiveness. Track and measure the success of change management activities, ensuring employee readiness and adoption of new systems, structures, and ways of working; support handover for post‑implementation stabilization and continuous improvement. Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field. 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably in large‑scale transformation projects; experience in complex, matrixed organizations and/or manufacturing industry is a plus. Proven track record in successfully managing the people side of change for complex projects. Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter’s 8‑Step Process). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Experience in project management and organizational development is a plus. Proficiency in designing and delivering effective change interventions for large, complex systems. Excellent written and spoken English; experience preparing reports. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and productive relationships. Well–organized with project management skills and the ability to establish and work to priorities. Benefits
