Overview

Two roles are being filled: Agency Development Manager and District General Agent. Both roles involve building a team of contractor agents in a designated geographic market with strong growth potential. You’ll have access to a territory support network, professional development resources, personalized training, and ongoing field/classroom/home office instruction. You’ll engage decision makers with competitive offerings and benefits delivery support and leverage marketing programs to establish a strong community presence. Set your own limits: income is not capped and growth potential is driven by your own effort. In addition to the compensation, there are opportunities for world-class travel and bonus income. Responsibilities

Build and lead a team of contractor agents in a designated market. Access professional development resources including field classes, online courses, and home office instruction. Engage with decision makers and utilize marketing programs to grow community presence. Leverage training and support from the territory network to fuel success. Work within a flexible schedule to align with lifestyle and income goals. Compensation and Benefits

Commission-based income determined by a percentage of sales you make. Overrides on sales from your team. Bonuses for achieving sales milestones, such as opening new cases. Potential renewal income from an existing block of business starting in year two. Flexible work schedule with opportunities for travel and additional bonus income. Additional Information
