Responsibilities
Analyzing industry trends and regulatory developments to assess their impact on power system planning. Evaluating the reliability and adequacy of the grid using advanced engineering and economic tools. Monitoring emerging energy issues, including gas-electric interdependencies, to guide strategy and mitigate risk. Creating compelling reports and presentations tailored to a range of audiences. Collaborating across teams to solve tough challenges and ensure regulatory alignment. Engaging with regulators and industry partners to build consensus and support sound decision-making. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or technical fields. The degree type will determine whether you are considered for an Engineer or a Planner title. Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge. Compensation & Benefits
The base salary compensation range is $98,000-$115,000 USD annually. Salaries may vary based on location, competencies, education/professional certifications, and experience. The position is eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
