We are looking for a seasoned compliance analyst to join our team and drive regulatory excellence across the electricity grid.

Key Responsibilities

Lead monitoring and testing activities for FERC Tariff requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Support audit preparation and internal reviews to maintain audit readiness.

Design tools and evidence collection processes to improve assurance and transparency. \ Contribute to industry working groups and technical investigations.

Evaluate opportunities to accelerate compliance work using AI technology.

Qualifications

Certifications: NERC RC, CCEP, or risk management credentials (preferred).

Experience:

Compliance experience with FERC/NERC regulations.

Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and compliance platforms (e.g., Archer).

Interest in AI, automation, and analytics in a regulated environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this role is $85,000–110,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on performance and company objectives. MISO offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), vacation, sick and safe time, and more, starting on your first day.
