Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for commercial construction projects. Monitor and control project progress, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track. Conduct regular meetings with project teams and clients to provide updates and address concerns. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to secure materials and services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry. Proven track record of successfully managing commercial projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and tools.
