Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)
In partnership with Doherty Staffing Solutions, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic and creative manufacturing team known for its innovation and commitment to delivering joyful, high-quality products to customers around the world.
This position plays a key role in providing exceptional service and support to clients—handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Base pay range:
$22.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Full‑time, Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote). Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional additional hours based on business needs.
What You’ll Do
Manage the processing of customer orders from pre‑shipment through delivery.
Receive, analyze, and promptly respond to customer communications.
Serve as the first line of support, providing product and service information.
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
Recommend process improvements and contribute to team success.
Provide backup coverage for other representatives and assist with administrative tasks.
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent attention to detail with solid data entry and computer skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
Problem‑solving mindset and a collaborative attitude.
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
Post‑secondary education in business, accounting, or sales is preferred.
