Qualifications
1-3 years of retail management experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for retail and a drive to achieve metrics-based results
Experience in coaching and mentoring team members for growth and development
Familiarity with retail technology systems
