Qualifications
1-3 years of retail management experience

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for retail and a drive to achieve metrics-based results
Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
Familiarity with retail technology and operations
