Compensation Range Hourly: $23.20 - $26.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job The main purpose of this job is to support the Private Client Advisors who are accountable for the delivery of wealth management advisory services to high net worth clients of Commerce Trust.

Essential Functions

Perform service and fulfillment activities to meet the needs and expectations of Commerce Trust clients

Act as an additional point of contact within the client relationship team for clients and act as the backup contact for clients in the PCAs absence

Assist with account administration, document review, fund transfers, discretionary actions and coordination for tax preparations with minimal supervision

Maintain a professional presence and approach with a strong desire to exceed client expectations

Identify opportunities for expansion of relationships with existing clients

Perform other duties as assigned

Basic knowledge of wealth management services and products

Demonstrated superior customer service skills and the ability to work independently

Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Associate degree in related field preferred.

2+ years of office experience required

Financial institution experience preferred

Open to continuing education and development with desire to expand responsibilities

The compensation range is provided for pay transparency purposes and may vary by location, skill set, education, certifications, responsibilities, and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $23.20 to $26.90 per hour.
