Responsibilities Lead Workday implementation and AMS projects from initiation to closure following defined methodologies.
Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality; ensure successful and timely delivery.
Work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to define project requirements and success metrics.
Conduct project planning, risk assessment, and mitigation to ensure smooth execution.
Manage cross‑functional Workday modules (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Integrations, Prism, Extend, etc.) depending on project scope.
Facilitate design workshops, business process reviews, configuration walkthroughs, and user acceptance testing.
Coordinate integration and reporting activities across HCM and Finance workstreams.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive updates.
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and UAT cycles with client and internal teams.
Drive resource allocation, task prioritization, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with Workday methodology and governance standards.
Support change management and post‑go‑live transition to support or AMS teams.
Lead executive status meetings, presenting updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
Oversee go‑live planning, cutover, and post go‑live stabilization.
Assess and prioritize enhancement requests; lead functional and regression testing.
Review new Workday releases and drive feature enablement across financial modules.
Participate in Change Control and CAB for AMS releases.
Review SLA metrics, backlog trends, and control adherence.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, Finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Finance, or Integrations ecosystem.
Proven experience managing global, multi‑phase, or cross‑functional Workday programs.
Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Strong skills in MS Project / Smartsheet / Jira / Asana / Workday Delivery tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (C‑level and client‑facing).
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Workday certification(s) preferred (e.g., Workday Project Management, Workday Pro, or functional certifications).
