Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (2nd shift)
in Lynchburg, VA. We are seeking skilled technicians to maintain and improve the reliability of automation and facilities equipment in our distribution center. Responsibilities include: Performing preventive and reactive maintenance on conveyor systems, sorters, packaging, and facility equipment Replacing belts, chains, filters, and wear parts Using multimeters and schematics for troubleshooting electrical circuits (120VAC and below) Assisting with mechanical alignments and basic vibration/temperature checks Documenting work in CMMS and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver’s License 1-3 years (for Technician I) or 3+ years (for Technician II) industrial maintenance experience Technical certifications in electrical or mechanical systems preferred Work Schedule & Benefits: Full-time, 2 PM - 12 AM, Monday - Thursday Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid vacation and holidays J.Crew values diversity, equity, and inclusion and is an equal opportunity employer.
