This role is based at our current HQ in Bloomington but will move to Eagan in 2025.*** ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Electrical Project Manager position is responsible for marketing, estimating, project administration, planning, scheduling and reporting for medium sized electrical construction projects. Hunt Electric group works on Commercial, Health Care, Signal Work, and Industrial Mining projects. Maintain existing and develop new customer relationships to secure future work. Direct and supervise service technicians, general foremen, foremen and their crews in compliance with contracts, union agreements, and all policies. Manage assigned projects as economically as possible while ensuring customer satisfaction, quality workmanship and positive industry relationships. Prepare, process and maintain all files, correspondence, schedules, reports, and billing necessary to perform the responsibilities of the position. Direct the planning of the project through purchasing, engineering, subletting and scheduling. When necessary, work with a team during the bidding process. Salary: $85,500-$118,750 + discretionary bonus + employee ownership + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. High school diploma or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience working as a project manager in the electrical field. Ability to understand design/build requirements and the scope of the contract documents issued for the electrical work. Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the electrical industry. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and the coordination of manpower and materials. Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish the objectives. Effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to train, delegate, and coordinate work of Assistant Project Manager, Estimators, and other team members. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, photocopiers, and fax machines. This position is occasionally required to be present on construction job sites and may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, uneven terrain, vibration, and noise, requiring the occasional use of a hard hat, work boots, high visibility vest, and eye protection. Employees are frequently required to sit and occasionally required to kneel, reach, stoop, crouch or stand. This position requires the ability to lift files, open file cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary. This position may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. COMPENSATION & CULTURE
