What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop new customer relationships through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
Manage your accounts from start to finish, quoting, booking, dispatching, and customer follow-up.
Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers, ensuring clear communication and top-tier service.
Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts and increase revenue.
Lead by example as we build the North Indy team, helping shape the office culture and growth strategy.
Participate in RFP reviews, continuous improvement calls, and quarterly business reviews with clients.
Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term goals for the branch and your personal book of business.
What You Bring
2+ years of direct freight brokerage experience,
booking freight or selling brokerage services required.
Strong knowledge of transportation operations, carrier networks, and customer development.
Experience managing accounts and executing full-cycle logistics (cradle-to-grave).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with TMS/CRM platforms and Excel/Google Suite.
A self-starter mentality, you like to
build
things, not just maintain them.
