Responsibilities: Able to work independently on tasks of varying complexity and functional leadership with minimal supervision.
Able to compile information from employee reports and present metrics to management.
Must be able to complete, broad-scope inventory analyses, and provide decision input, with some oversight, on such analyses.
Able to execute inventory carrying, usage, and planning decisions based on own research and decision-making and with consultation with Manager/Supervisor when required
Regular interfaces with Inventory Management and Warehouse department, Engineering, and Project teams when making decisions requiring judgment or resolving issues requiring creative solutions.
Able to make assessments about supply/demand issues, recommend thorough solutions, and take initiatives to address those issues with and without direct input from supervisors.
Able to perform analyses on processes related or including materials planning activities, and recommend and implement process changes to improve results.
Frequent contact with Subsea Services Project Managers, Planners, Engineering, Procurement, Quality Assurance, HSES, and all Shared Services within Subsea Services. All interaction with internal stakeholders occur to ensure proper execution according to customer requirements.
Main Tasks: Analyze SAP / Service Order trends and make business decisions based on that analysis.
Development of Tactical Project Execution Plan for workshop. Create, schedule and manage system demand for Asset Service work orders in accordance with internal requirements.
Create and process service notifications and create system demand to support Asset Services customer maintenance and refurbishment plans.
Provides feedback to internal customers regarding delivery capability, work order variances and project status.
Forecast resources to support the Project Execution Plan (i.e. Personnel, Tooling, Parts, Equipment, Capacity, Facilities, etc.) Creation of all Onshore Shop service orders and the management of those orders (i.e. dates, scheduling, tracking, shortages, status, SO review for compliance to requirements).
Monitor and Manage Procurement (dock to stock) to include but not limited to: shortage management and corrective action, ATS, QM lot, QNs, STOs relieving excess demand, pick requests, expediting and purchase requisitions for outside services, Project Execution Plan maintenance and status reporting to internal customers.
Initial feedback reports to Operations and other internal customers to include but not limited to: capacity planning, schedule creation and review and procurement lead time analysis.
Routine status reporting to Operations and other internal customers to include but not limited to service order status and material shortage analysis.
Mindful application of HSES culture and initiatives.
Represent Subsea Services North America in a positive manner in events with stakeholders in our business.
Follow requirements for process documentation and remain in compliance with TechnipFMC and/or Subsea Services specific approved procedures, processes and standards.
Active participant in the implementation of strategic initiatives for the Asset Services Organization.
Position Requiements: Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience. Generally 3+ years of experience in field.
Mastery of ETM (Module of SAP)
Mastery of the Subsea Services Completions Rental / CP / Shop processes
Ability to identify and solve functional issues and improve programs and/or processes in support of organizational business challenges.
Ability to recognize and make corrective recommendations regarding contractual requirements to ensure compliance. Consults and helps others to recognize when the consult with other departmental functions.
Strong computer proficiency with applicable software applications in related field.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Utilization of prevention skills.
Physical Demands: Frequent sitting and operating a computer. Fast paced atmosphere with multiple priorities and constant change. Some travel for organizational needs and vendor and/or client contact may be required. Work Environment: Office environment with frequent trips to the shop and to other offices in the plant. Some exposure to possible shop hazards including high noise, heavy machinery and shop traffic. 80% working in office environment with extensive computer activity. 10% working in manufacturing environment, seeking status of operations in workshop. 10% working offsite, attending industry conferences, conducting customer surveys and etc. About the company
