Job Summary Provides technical assistance to both internal and external customers for tier one issues. This position requires handling a high volume of calls in a call‑center environment focused on customer service. Internal customer support involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, escalating to second tier support as needed. External customer support covers website support, password resets, online account management, and mobile driver’s license provisioning.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the daily performance of computer systems and applications.

Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.

Monitor ticket queues, assign tickets to appropriate support staff, and escalte tickets until resolved.

Conduct diagnostics and provide technical assistance to users.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience handling customers in an IT call‑center environment.

2+ years’ experience as a Help Desk Technician with hands‑on knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7/10.

Vocational or technical degree in computer applications or a related field from an accredited college.

Knowledge of Apple iOS.

Spanish language proficiency.

Required / Preferred Experience

Vocational/Technical degree in computer applications, computer technology or a closely related area from an accredited college (Required).

2 Years of experience performing as Helpdesk Technician with hands‑on knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7 and 10, Active Directory (Required).

2 Years of monitoring and assigning ticket queues and escalating tickets outside of SLAs (Required).

2 Years of installing and performing minor repairs to hardware, software or peripheral equipment (Required).

2 Years of answering user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation (Required).

Bilingual – Spanish (Highly desired).

2 Years of IT Help Desk Call Center experience (Required).
