About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Contracts Administrator
to support our U.S. Legal team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in
contract lifecycle management (CLM)
systems, particularly
Ironclad , and a strong understanding of contract processes within a corporate or life sciences environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the
contract life cycle process
for the U.S. Legal team using an integrated
procure-to-pay
system. Oversee the
end-to-end contract process , including tracking status, responding to internal queries, and managing document execution via
DocuSign . Ensure all executed contracts are properly
recorded, filed, and entered
into the contract database with accurate metadata. Enhance the
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
process using
Ironclad
to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Assist in preparing and reviewing a variety of
transactional agreements , ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with
Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and other internal departments
to support contract execution. Maintain a high level of organization, accuracy, and confidentiality throughout the contract management process. Support the U.S. Legal team with
special projects
and ad hoc requests as needed. Qualifications Minimum
1+ years
of experience in
contract administration , preferably in a
legal or life sciences
environment. Hands‑on experience with
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
systems —
Ironclad highly preferred ; SOM experience a plus. Strong knowledge of
contract management best practices
and legal requirements. Excellent
project management
and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ,
DocuSign , and other e‑signature or contract tools. Exceptional
attention to detail , organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong
communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization. A
team player
