Program Manager, Pharmacy Compounding Services
What you will be doing:
The Pharmacy Program Manager position will provide support for Premier's Pharmacy Compounding Services for Premier members, suppliers, and its customers. The role will primarily be focused on providing programmatic support services for contracted 503B suppliers, including, but not limited to the following areas:
Coordinating and tracking deliverables related to Premier's 503B enhanced value services program, including:
Site audit and evaluation support (documentation, audit prep, post-audit summaries)
Quarterly and annual review documentation (quality reports, regulatory updates, product/service changes)
Supplier profile updates and executive summaries
Market intelligence deliverables (quarterly data reports, targeted market analyses, drug development insights)
Drug shortage updates
Ensure timeline and accurate delivery of all contractually obligated reports and data to 503B suppliers
Maintain proactive and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure high‑quality documentation (accuracy, completeness, formatting)
Update and maintain member‑facing 503B resources
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep them on track
Contribute value to the organization and its membership through insights and execution
Key Responsibilities Responsibility #1 - 503B Program Oversight & Deliverables Management (35%)
Coordinate and track all deliverables outlined in Premier's 503B enhanced value services program
Manage timelines and documentation for site audits, quarterly reviews, and annual evaluations
Ensure timely delivery of supplier profile updates, and executive summaries
Maintain compliance with confidentiality and data‑sharing protocols
Responsibility #2 - Data Reporting & Market Intelligence (25%)
Manage delivery and tracking of quarterly and targeted data reports on 503B utilization, spend, and trends
Collaborate with internal teams to generate and validate market surveys and drug development insights
Support the delivery of Drug Disruption Manager outputs and related analytics
Use Tableau and Microsoft tools to visualize and communicate findings
Responsibility #3 - Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management (15%)
Serve as a liaison between Premier, 503B suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Facilitate quarterly and annual meetings with suppliers and internal teams
Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication of updates, requests, and deliverables
Build and maintain strong working relationships with contracted suppliers
Responsibility #4 - Project & Workflow Coordination (15%)
Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment with contractual timelines
Track progress, flag risks, and elevate issues as needed
Use Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Automate, and other tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Responsibility #5 - Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement (10%)
Review and refine documentation for accuracy, completeness, and visual quality
Identify opportunities to enhance the value of deliverables to Premier members
Support internal process improvements and best practice sharing
Required Qualifications Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 5 or more years
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $90,000 - $150,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide‑range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
