What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate and track deliverables for the Pharmacy Compounding Services program
Manage timelines and documentation for audits, reviews, and supplier updates
Serve as a liaison between the employer, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Utilize data analysis tools to generate market insights and reportsEnsure high-quality documentation and compliance with confidentiality protocols
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in relevant fields
High School Diploma or GED
Strong project management and data analysis skills
Experience with pharmaceutical good manufacturing practices or regulatory affairs
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with 503B outsourcing facilities
Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality management systems
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Proficiency in using Tableau and Microsoft tools for data visualization
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
