Overview

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Staff Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to join its team in Roy, UT on the Sentinel (GBSD) program. Relocation assistance may be available. Clearance type is Secret. Travel is required up to 10% of the time. The role supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for ICBM launch systems and related infrastructure. Responsibilities

EVM Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to project costs, schedules, and performance. Prepare and present comprehensive EVM reports to stakeholders, including variance analysis and forecasts. Identify potential cost and schedule risks, issues, and recommend corrective actions. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ANSI/EIA-748, EVMS) and company procedures. Maintain the integrity of the EVMS and provide guidance and training on EVM principles and best practices. Budget and Financial Planning: Assist in development and maintenance of programmatic budgets and financial plans. Participate in financial auditing and assessment of completed projects. Collaborate with program management, business management, scheduling, and technical teams. Basic Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12 years of related experience; 10 years with a master’s degree; 8 years with a PhD; or 16 years of related experience may be accepted with a high school diploma in lieu of a degree 8+ years of experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) or financial/program analysis Experience supporting DoD contracts and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) Experience with ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS guidelines and government reporting requirements Experience with Deltek Cobra, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other EVM tools Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, VBA and Macros) Experience with MS Power BI and data visualization tools Extensive experience with EVMS software (SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, MPM, Acumen One IWO, Primavera P6) 3+ years of experience applying EVM principles in an Aerospace & Defense environment Experience managing and analyzing project costs using WBS Experience supporting contracts with EVMS requirements Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Position Details

Location: Roy, UT. Schedule: 9/80. Primary Level Salary Range: $122,100.00 - $183,100.00. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply.
