Job Title: Floor Technician (Full Time)

Location Fountain Inn, South Carolina (Bosch – 8 Southchase Court)
Schedule Full‑time; Monday through Wednesday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm; Saturday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. (Details upon interview)
Pay Fixed rate: $16.00 per hour.
Job Summary Floor Technician responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.
Essential Functions
Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and use proper procedures for floor care including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor surfaces.
Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
