Typical Day in the Life
Control profitability by managing cash procedures, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
Perform bi-weekly inventory counts.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure guest satisfaction with friendly service and quality products.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Additional Information Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with starting ranges such as:
Maryland: $53,000-$58,000
New York: $55,000-$60,000
New York City: $65,000-$70,000
Cincinnati, OH: $54,000-$58,000
