Bonus Program: Eligible GMs participate in a performance-based bonus paid out periodically. A Day in the Life
Manage profitability through cash control, security procedures, inventory, labor, financial reports, and actions.
Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
Maintain cleanliness and provide exceptional guest experiences with friendly service and quality products.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights weekly.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Additional Info Compensation varies by skills, experience, and location. Starting ranges include:
Maryland: $53,000 - $58,000
New York: $55,000 - $60,000
New York City: $65,000 - $70,000
Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 - $58,000
