We create for our global customers engineered components and sub-systems that deliver extreme precision and performance for a range of mission-critical applications—from minimally invasive surgery to robotics to 3D metal printing.As an Associate Administrator Shipping, you'll provide administrative support to logistics. Review order forms, prepare purchase orders, verify invoices, and authorize payments/shipments. Create shipping labels, prepare and ship packages, and track shipments. Additionally, maintain records of imports-exports. Coordinating day-to-day shipping activities
Ensuring product shipments are on time and accurate
Coordinating with carriers and suppliers to resolve shipping issues
Creating shipping labels or related documents
Maintaining shipping records and generating reports Receiving accuracy
On-time delivery Knowledge - Have a basic understanding of logistics and shipping processes
Skill - Possess good communication skills to converse or correspond with customers and other company personnel
Skill - Be able to examine records and documents to obtain facts regarding customer complaints
Skill - Have good analytical skills to determine responsibility for errors and ascertain accuracy of customer complaints
- Be able to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Collaborative Team Player - Collaborative: Is intentional about seeking input and including others when making decisions.
