SME Program Manager
20 years of relevant experience in the specific labor category, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
Manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and relationships with customers are maintained.
Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk management on projects, including systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities.
Coordinate resolutions to production-related problems.
Integrate and coordinate all activities needed to satisfy project requirements.
Manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification and resolution.
Provide corrective action plans, proposal submissions, timely issue identification, and effective subcontractor management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold professional and ethical standards among contractor personnel.
Monitor project funds and prepare, submit, and revise contract administrative and financial reports as needed.
Security Clearance
TS/SCI clearance with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.
Desired Education
Master’s degree related to the labor category from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
