Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyors, engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines and equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with conveyor systems, electrical 3-phase motor controls/PLC, and material handling equipment. Perform repairs, inspections, and installation of conveyor systems, racking, balers, air compressors, carton sealers, and other support equipment. Identify potential malfunctions and perform proactive repairs. Maintain repair records and logs. Observe mechanical devices in operation to detect issues. Dismantle devices to replace or repair parts. Inspect parts for defects and measure for dimensional accuracy. Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts and control instruments. Install new parts and lubricate machinery. Test devices post-repair for performance. Use metalworking tools to fabricate or repair parts. Order necessary parts and equipment. Repair electrical components. This is a full-time, on-site position. Pay Range:
$28 - $32 per hour. The salary may vary based on location and market conditions. Final salary will be discussed with the selected candidate. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. to apply.
