What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production and material flow Perform routine inspections and maintenance to maintain equipment reliability Safely load, unload, and transport materials within the plant site Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and safety activities Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational issues What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate heavy machinery and production equipment safely Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
