Job Description We are seeking an

Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2)

to join the

Supply Chain Interiors

team in

Everett, Washington . This position focuses on Interiors, specifically lavatories, galleys and monuments. The role requires using project‑management tools—including risk management and contingency planning—to manage supplier performance, support aircraft delivery and certification schedules, and requires frequent travel to supplier sites.

Position Responsibilities

Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams; present and facilitate to achieve common goals.

Learn and apply Boeing processes; training will be provided.

Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

Support internal groups (Boeing Engineering, Receiving, Factory, Flight line) by managing part shortages, supplier technical data submissions, Corrective Actions (CAF), Notice of Changes (NOC) and Notice of Escapements (NOE).

Conduct supplier assessments and reviews to understand Boeing production impacts and needs.

Consult with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.

Gather data, identify risk, issues and improvement opportunities, and communicate findings to Boeing and supplier leadership.

Basic Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in procurement and supply‑chain processes.

At least 1 year of experience developing and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders and partners.

At least 1 year of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing procurement data, supplier health/KPI, rate capabilities and capacity assessments.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint).

Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master) preferred but not required.

Position is 100% onsite at Boeing Everett, Washington.

Shift: 1st shift.
